NATIONAL MEDIA

The following
benefits will be provided during the national telecasts of the finals
(men and women) on Fox Sports Net:

– sponsor logo incorporated into the following on-screen graphic
elements during the Event broadcast: Opening & Closing Graphics, Break
Bumpers, Score Bugs, Stats Packages, etc.

as Event Title Sponsor when referenced during Event telecasts

Sponsor
representatives shall be permitted to present the official winners check
to both the men’s and women’s champions on-sand following the finals

SIGNAGE

Sponsor shall
receive Dorna Signage – rotational signage on three primary sides
surrounding Center Court providing more exposure time than any other
sponsor, with the exception of the Tour Title Sponsor (Crocs)

ON-SITE PRESENCE

Sponsor shall
receive a tent and/or interactive space (20’ x 20’ or smaller/larger if
warranted by sponsor activity) provided in Sponsor Village during Event
to be used for information distribution, product display and
demonstrations, sampling programs, sales (for specific products, as
mutually agreed upon w/ AVP/Promoter), bounce back promotions,
sweepstakes, interactive games/contest, etc.

to be used for promotional appearances in Louisville (or other mutually

LOCAL ADVERTISING/PROMOTION

Sponsor to be
prominently featured in a multi-faceted local and regional marketing and
advertising campaign. This campaign includes but not limited to the
following elements and will incorporate the sponsor name and/or logo:

Print ads, Radio &
TV Advertisements and Promotions, Press Releases, Event Posters &
Flyers, Outdoor Advertising, Online

Two (2) full page
program advertisements + One (1) welcome letter

Name and/or logo
inclusion on AVP website under Tour Schedule – www.avp.com (Over 400,000
unique visitors and 4.5MM page views per month in season)

HOSPITALITY

Twenty (20)
courtside seats for all sessions

Twenty (20) tickets
to access AVP/VIP elevated platform tent area for all sessions (catering
included)

Exclusive use of
one (1) of the following for all sessions:

Exclusive use of
one (1) Courtside Suite located on the sand along Stadium Court sideline
for ten-fifteen (10-15) guests. Private beach seating located
immediately in front of the suite (catering not included) OR
-
One (1) Elevated
Center Court Suite with adjacent seating for forty (40) guests located
above the stadium bleachers (catering not included)

One Hundred (100)
general admission tickets for all sessions

Invitations to all
ancillary events (i.e. Player Party)
