RECOGNITION

  • Designation Rights (e.g. “Support Sponsor of the 2008 Louisville Open”)

  • Pass-through rights to retailers, as approved by AVP and Promoter

SIGNAGE

  • One (1) 2’ x 8’ Feature Court Signage Board signage surrounds Feature Courts (2 courts – 2 banners total)

ON-SITE PRESENCE

  • Sponsor shall receive a tent and/or interactive space (10’ x 10’ or larger if warranted by sponsor activity) provided in Sponsor Village during Event to be used for:

  • Product Display, Information Distribution, Sampling programs, Interactive Games/Contests/Sweepstakes, Couponing, Bounce Back promotions, Sales (for specific products, as mutually agreed upon with AVP/Promoter)

  • Public Address Announcements throughout Event

LOCAL ADVERTISING/PROMOTION

  • Sponsor to be included in a multi-faceted marketing and advertising campaign. This campaign will feature, but not limited to, the following elements and will incorporate the sponsor name and/or logo: 

  • Event Posters, Outdoor Advertising, Program Advertisement, Online campaign www.avp.com/Louisville

HOSPITALITY

  • Four (4) courtside seats for all sessions

  • Four (4) general admission tickets for all sessions

  • Four (4) tickets to access AVP/VIP elevated platform tent area for all sessions (catering included)
